Upon submission of the binding registration, the participant declares acceptance of the conditions of attendance and general terms and conditions of the hotel.
Attendance of the conference is only possible if the conference office has received the online registration and the payment for the conference fee before the event begins.

Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail.
Substitution needs to be confirmed in written form (e-mail), identifying the name of the delegate and of the substitute.
Cancellation must be sent in written form to the German GSE office (ppfalzgraf@paulevents.com) .
After 13.09.2024 the full conference fee will be charged.

An electronic invoice will be sent once your enrolment is processed.
You will find payment information in the invoice. The fees are charged in Euro (EUR), German VAT is included.
There is also the possibility to pay by credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX) via PayPal. The fees for payments with PayPal are 2.99% of the gross amount + €0.39 fixed fee. Additional fees apply for payments outside of the EEA.
